Yes, we allow you to edit fields that are included in your lists. Make sure the fields are present in your SFDC reports or Outreach lists, and they'll automatically be editable when you connect with a prospect.

We support editing values in almost all SFDC field types: string, picklist, boolean, url, textarea, phone, double, int, currency, email, address, percent, datetime, date, time, and multipicklist.

If you'd like to modify some activity fields (e.g. call notes and type), just contact us and we'll make those editable for you as well.

To make sales workflows consistent, we do not allow SDRs to add/delete dispositions. Let us know if you want us to change the list of dispositions available to your reps, and we can take care of that for you.
