Analytics Tab

Orum has an Analytics tab at the top of it’s browser page. This tab contains a breakdown of all logged calls available to the user viewing it, along with a breakdown of dispositions, and user session stats.



Which Users analytics can I see?
Admin: If you are an Admin on your Orum account, you will be able to see all analytics for your team. In order to see other users, click the user drop down at the top of your screen. This will give you the ability to choose which users to view stats for.
Standard: If you are not an Admin, you will be able to see all analytics for your personal activity.

What does Mode mean?
Mode refers to which dialer platform you were using to log the activity.
Parallel: Calling multiple leads simultaneously
Power: Calling your list one prospect at a time

How can I change the Date Range of my analytics?
The Range drop down gives you access to change the dates of when you were making calls. You can choose from a few pre-loaded ranges, or choose custom. When choosing custom, you may pick any date range using the pop-up calendar.

User Stats

At the bottom of the screen you will see a breakdown of the specific analytics for the information you’ve specified above. Below is a breakdown of each column.



Conversations
Number of “Connects” that exceed 60 seconds of talk time.

Talk Time
Total amount of “Talk Time” the user had with all prospects in the given range.

Dial Time
Total amount of time the user spent dialing prospects within Orum in the given range.

Session Time
Total amount of time spent inside Orum in the given range.

Connects
Connects in Orum are based on the settings you have mapped in settings tab, under Connect Disposition. Best practice is to map dispositions to connects, where the disposition means you spoke with the end prospect (not just a gatekeeper).

Meetings
Meetings in Orum are based on the settings you have mapped in settings tab, under Meetings Disposition. Best practice is to map dispositions to meetings, where the disposition means you booked a meeting on the call.

Dials
Dials in Orum means completed calls. This means Orum fully called and dispositioned a number. This does not include cancelled calls or other partial dials.
