If you are getting an error or a blank screen when you log in via Salesforce, you may need a little help from your System Administrator. Please have them check the Salesforce Setup Section:

Managed Apps >> Connected Apps OAuth Usage

In the picture below, the status for the Orum App connection is good. The system admin may need to “Install” the Orum polices to change your permissions or approve the Orum App for your instance.
