    Call Dispositions Orum logs all calls within it’s platform and surfaces disposition analytics in its Analytics Tab. The dispositions you see are based off of the dispositions being pulled from your CRM. Orum will also list a few dispositions that are automatically chosen during our automated calling sessions.
